The transaction guide set out herein pursuant to the “Directive on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce” published on the date of 26.08.2015.
1. TECHNICAL PROCEDURES DURING SHOPPING
1.1 Choosing the Product(s)
You can click “Products”, where all the products in Cosalindo is listed, and type the key words you wish to search, or click on the products that you liked in the homepage.
After reading the description and specifications of the product, select “add to cart’’ in order to purchase the product. You can adjust the quantity of the product, click “Continue Shopping” if you wish to browse other products and add new products to your cart.
1.2 Invoice and Delivery Information
Check your order summary and click “Buy Now” to submit your invoice and delivery information. You may choose an address that you saved before or you may add a new address and save it for your next transaction.
1.3 Payment Information
Cosalindo accepts only credit cards as a payment method. Instalment preferences can be found in the relevant product’s page. After submitting your credit card information you can choose which instalment preference you wish to pay in and continue your transaction.
1.4 Transaction Summary and Confirmation
You may submit your Order Notes after checking the transaction summary from the “Approval Information” page.
You may complete your transcation by clicking the box “I have read the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. I accept the terms and conditions.”
You can make changes at any stage of your order by returning to the previous step
1.6 Order Status
You can check on your order’s status at “Purchase Orders” tab in your account.
Cosalindo is acting as an intermediary service provider and does not constitute a party to the sales contract. The products that you have purchased shall be delivered to you by Cosalindo Professional Users, not by Cosalindo.
Seller information and delivery period for each product can be found on the relevant product page. After signing in as a member, you can check on your order details to see the shipping company and the tracking number by clicking the “My Account” button.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING SHOPPING
2.1 Information regarding your shopping shall be set out digitally as Pre-Contractual Information and Distant Sales Contract. Upon your approval of the aforementioned contracts, Cosalindo stores these contracts digitally for 3 (three) years following your transaction pursuant to relevant legislation. You may easily access to these contracts through your “My Account” page.
2.2 The digital order summary is displayed before you complete your transaction, in order to correct possible data entry errors and Cosalindo provides the necessary technical facilities for correcting the errors.
2.3 Upon a possible conflict among you and the seller, it is recommended to contact Cosalindo Call Center (0850 811 55 77) in order to resolve the conflict swiftly and effectively.
2.4 Negotiations to find solutions to possible disputes via the Call Center, does not preclude you from applying for legal remedies pursuant to the applicable legislation.
3.1 In order to provide better service to Users, the Website and Application require certain personal information (Name, age, e-mail, etc.). Such information is used by the Website and Application for campaigns or special and personal promotions for Users. Statistics of transactions on the Website and Application are analyzed and saved except for personal information.
3.2 Cosalindo shall not use the personal data that are submitted to the registration forms outside the subject of activity or sell the personal data.
3.3 Website uses Facebook’s and Google Analytics' Remarketing & Demographics and Interest Reporting features. The User can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising using the Ads settings, and the Google Display Network ads can be customized. Demographic information provided by Google Analytics and Facebook is used to customize the Ads on the Website and, if applicable, the Site, to the interests of the Users. This information may be shared with advertising publishers, including information about other Users, while being used in the determining of target group. This information does not include personal information (name, surname, T.C ID, sex, age, etc.), but is used for studies the user trends as a group and to compile the target. By agreeing the User Agreement, anonymous information is accepted to be shared with advertising publishers for advertising and promotional purposes.
3.4 Based on your prior visits to Cosalindo, Cosalindo uses first-party cookies provided through Cosalindo and third-party cookies provided by third parties, including Google, to collect, optimize and publish the information regarding Cosalindo usage and advertisements.
4. SECURITY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. As the card holder, you give your express consent to process and transfer your personal data within the scope of Law on Personal Data Protection(“Law”). The data shall be processed during the membership period.
4.2.Pursuant to the Law, Cosalindo shall be the Data Controller and the Company hereby accepts and undertakes to fulfil it’s obligations arising from the Law.
4.3. Personal data of the User shall be processed, in order to provide a better service, gather statistical information, enhance the commercial activity and fulfil the obligations arising from the User Agreement.
4.4. Cosalindo may transfer your personal data to third parties or it’s affiliates that are designated as the data processor to be saved or stored, in order to gain statistical data.
4.5. Cosalindo may share your personal data with the collaboreted payment institution upon receiving a complaint regarding the payment transactions made with credit cards.
4.6. The personal data belonging to the User shall be collected via this Terms and Conditions or if deemed necessary collected digitally.
4.7. You are entitled to learn whether your personal data is processed, to demand information about the processed data, to learn the purpose of the processing and to check whether such data processed in accordance with it’s purpose, to obtain information regarding the third parties that your personal data is transferred to, demand correction regarding your personal data if there is mistake, request a notification to the third parties which your personal data is transferred concerning the mistake in the data, request permanent removal, obliteration or anonymization of your personal data if the purpose of the process cease to exist, to object any adverse outcome related to the processing of your personal data, claim compensation for the damages incurred due to unlawful data processing.
